Monastic Life as a Nazorean |

MODERN NAZOREAN MONASTERIES
The Pure Monastic Ideal
In our day we are proposing the full re-establishment
of the ancient Nazorean concept of the "Shikinta" Monastic Ashram
in a lush semi-secluded area of the Pacific Northwest. In this developing
"double monastery" we propose that male and females shall co-exist
in perfect equality, and married monks and nuns will have the freedom
to raise up children according to ancient patterns of holiness established
by the ancient Nazorean Temple Order called the Beni-Amin.
This was the Temple Order associated with the conception and raising of
Yeshu, or Jesus the Nazorean and it is our hope that by pure living and
devotion we also might restore many of these ancient practices. The
present task of the Bnia Amin Order, under the name of "Miryai
Mountain Monastery", is to fully resurrect
a modernized version of the ancient Temple
Services of the Nazoreans, Manichaeans, and others, and their accompanying
lifestyles. Many elements of ancient Zen monasteries will be included in
this restoration, along with certain practices related to other ancient
paths honored by the Order.
(Gnostic coed
monasteries are not celibate or Bible orientated like their western
equivalents)
