In the Nazorean Way there are definement milestones of advancement toward full awakening. Practioners can judge their progress by the following seven mile markers within the Listener Level of the Order of Nazorean Essenes:
 

• ASSOCIATE Visitor (Yahtayya)  -  Unbaptized visitor, Associate or investigator 
• PROBATIONER - First Year Trial 1/32 Probationer-Famalia- infants or dependents of Members & new 1st year residents  [1º Probationer]
• POSTULANT - Second Year Trial  2/32 Postulant-Oblatai - Order adolescents & new 2rd year residents  ( 7.5-15 years ) [2º Postulant]
• NOVICE - Third Year Trial 3/32 Novice- Zirayya -16+  teens  of the Order & new 3rd year residents [3º Novice resident]
• MANDAYYA - Full Membership 3/32 Mandayya - Baptized non-resident visitors (Sarifa house guest)
• TARMIDAYYA - Discipleship (Holy Orders or Priest(ess)hood) 4/32 Tarmidayya - single students assigned a Kukh Hut  [4º full single resident]
• KUSHTAYYA - Family Orders 5/32 Kushtayya - long term married residents (Assigned an Andiruna)  [5º full wedded]
• NAPSHAYYA - General Authorities 12/32 Napshayya - Community Officers (Mohonrites)  [6º-12º administrators]
